Where were you during the 1986 flood? Do you have any images of the flood and damages it caused?

The Lower Capital Basin project will serve to locate and design a system of park amenities that will spur investment and development on the west edge of Downtown. Many people may not have a good sense for the magnitude of damage that was caused by the ’86 flood. Help us provide everyone with an understanding of what we’re trying to prevent.
